I’ve been a professional actress for 12 years, and developed my love for yoga alongside performing. Yoga transformed my mental health, not to mention my fitness levels and sleep quality.
I wanted to be able to share the amazing benefits yoga gave me, and trained at State Yoga, London:  200hr Yoga Teacher Training Vinyasa & Hatha,Yoga Alliance Certified.

Having played a wealth of different characters on stage and screen, yoga helped me to release the characters and their emotions from my body. Just as in life, we go through various experiences (good and bad!) and learning how to physiologically let go so we can move forward is a skill we can learn & practice.
