This week we'll be focusing on opening the breath, body and mind. Sometimes this can be met with resistance from your mind or ego- the key to navigating past this is to focus on not closing. Using "don't close" as our mantra throughout the class, I will be guiding you through breath and movement so you can coax your body and mind into opening. Creating an opening within yourself to receive new possibilities is what keeps life moving forward.
