This week I'll be focusing on the feeling of Inspiration. When the weather is still grey and cold and we wait for spring to begin, it's useful to remind ourselves of what sparks us up. Inspire comes from

the Latin word Inspirare, to breathe. Throughout the class we'll be using our breath as the key to unlocking inspiration, staying close to things that make us feel glad to be alive.
